These Terms & Conditions describe the rules and details of our project. PaperStory is a non-fungible token (“NFT”) collection of digital artwork.
Consent to transfer the copyright (exclusive right) to a product (picture) for the NFT-project "Paper Story"
1) The Author transfers (alienates) to the Acquirer his copyright (exclusive right) to a product (picture) of fine art (graphics, design) (hereinafter referred to as the "product") in full, free of charge and irrevocably.
2) The author warrants that:
-The product was created by his creative work;
- copyright (exclusive right) to the product belong exclusively to the Copyright Holder;
-at the time of transfer of copyright (exclusive right) to the Acquirer, the Copyright Holder is not aware of the rights of third parties that could be violated by the alienation of the copyright (exclusive right) to the product;
-at the time of the conclusion of this Agreement, the copyright (exclusive right) to the product has not been alienated, not transferred under license agreements to other persons, or in any other way;
-at the time of the conclusion of this Agreement, the rights of the Copyright Holder have not been challenged in court or in any other legal way;
-the product does not contain any elements/information containing borrowings from the works of third parties that violate the copyright (exclusive right) of third parties, including rights to the results of intellectual activity, other information that otherwise violates the rights and legitimate interests of third parties.
3) The copyright (exclusive right) to the product passes from the Author to the Acquirer at the time of filling out and sending the Consent form on the site on the Internet https://paperstory.io/docs.
4) The Author agrees that the Acquirer has the right not to indicate the Author (Author's name) as the author of the product when publishing or using the product in any way throughout the world.
Our Platform & Services
Our platform lets you use electronic wallets to mint and store NFTs. When you’re using those wallets you’re agreeing to their terms as well as ours.
Our platform is a smart contract and blockchain based application that allows users to “mint”, purchase, and distribute NFTs via an electronic wallet. We may also incorporate physical products, services, or benefits in connection with such NFT transactions. The use of an electronic wallet enables users to mint, purchase, and store certain items through certain bridge extension technologies.
When using electronic wallets, you are agreeing to the terms and policies of those applicable third-party bridge extensions.
Title. Risk and title in any NFT purchase transfers to you upon purchase of the NFT and you are responsible for ensuring your Digital Wallet is accurately linked. If you lose your private key or login or seed phrase for your Digital Wallet you will likely lose access permanently to your NFTs stored in your Digital Wallet. We cannot recover any private key or seed phrase for your Digital Wallet.
Refunds. We do not offer refunds for purchases.
Purchaser Warranties
You warrant and assure us that in acquiring an NFT (from us or from a third party or existing NFT holder):
You are sufficiently experienced and educated to make decisions regarding the procurement or purchase of NFTs from us, including sufficient experience in dealing with and storing NFTs using a Digital Wallet;
You have all necessary experience, resources, certificates, licenses, permits and approvals to procure or purchase of NFTs applicable in Your Jurisdiction, and that any transactions under these NFT Terms or in your use of the NFT will be legal under the applicable laws of Your Jurisdiction;
All information you supply is true and accurate as at the time it is given, and that any Digital Wallet address you provide to us has been generated in accordance with best practice security measures and no other party, other than you or your authorized representative, has used, or has access to, the seed phrases, private keys or analogous passwords required to effect transfers from, the Digital Wallet;
You are not involved in any capacity in any claim, legal action, proceeding, suit, litigation, prosecution, investigation, enquiry, mediation or arbitration (nor which are pending or threatened) concerning NFTs;
No Digital Currency transferred to us as part of a Purchase Price has been derived from any illegal or unlawful activity;
You are the lawful owner of any Digital Wallet nominated for delivery of NFTs and each Digital Wallet is owned and operated solely for your benefit, and no person has any right, title or interest in your nominated Digital Wallet; and
You have had the opportunity to obtain independent legal advice in relation to the terms and effect of these NFT Terms.
Your Rights & How You Can Use Your NFT
We grant you certain rights when it comes to how you can use and display your NFT.
When you connect your electronic wallet and mint or purchase an NFT on our platform or a third-party platform, you own a NFT.
Personal use. We grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, display, and modify the NFT image you own. You can do whatever you want with your NFT in a personal, non-commercial capacity such as displaying your NFT on other websites; using it as a profile picture on a third-party site such as Twitter; trading, selling, giving away, or buying the NFT through a marketplace; or using your NFT on a third-party site or application that involves your NFT. If using or displaying your NFT on a marketplace or third-party site, that site must cryptographically verify your ownership and right to use the NFT.
Third-party intellectual property. If there is any third-party intellectual property included in your NFT, you do not have the right to use such third-party intellectual property in any way except as it is incorporated in the full NFT image you have purchased, subject to these licenses and restrictions.
Reserved rights & prohibited uses. We reserve all rights in all the individually layered & unique images, traits, and characteristics that comprise the full PaperStory NFT and use of these layered traits and characteristics is expressly prohibited. We do have a few restrictions though: You cannot use your NFT in any way that is fraudulent, unlawful, defamatory, libelous, obscene, profane, abusive, hateful, offensive, or otherwise unreasonable or in any way that infringes on any law or regulation or rights of others. You can’t use PaperStory in any way that is derogatory or adverse to the organization or PaperStory community. You cannot use any of the individually layered & unique image components, traits, or characteristics in any other projects, including counterfeit NFT projects that use identical or substantially similar components of PaperStory.
Not Intended to be an Investment
PaperStory NFTs are not meant to be used as investments.
PaperStory are not meant to be an investment vehicle. They are meant to be used as Non-Fungible Tokens for you to collect and love! We make no guarantees or promises that PaperStory will increase in value or be worth anything at all.
Ethereum Gas, Payments, & Taxes
Ethereum Gas Fees. Whenever you purchase or mint an NFT, you may have to pay a gas fee for such a transaction. Unless we say otherwise, you are solely responsible for the payment of any gas fee that is required during your NFT transaction, including if your transaction fails.
Payments. All transactions on our platform or networks you connect to via our platform are non-refundable. We cannot reverse or cancel payments or transactions.
Taxes. You’re responsible for the payment of any sales, use, or other taxes, duties, or assessments that relate to a transaction. We claim no responsibility in determining whether taxes apply to any of your transactions, and we do not offer any warranty or representation that a transaction is tax-free or without tax consequences.

Your Rights & How You Can Use Your NFT
